This place is fantastic. First and foremost, they have great staff, service and atmosphere. My wife and I stopped in for a "Learn to Paint" workshop and left with a couple awesome Space Marine figures and a new hobby. John was an excellent coach and very patient.
This place is great! The workers are extremely kind and helpful (on the phone, online, and in-person). Their events are fun and affordable to attend. And they have a great selection of games!
I just wanted to say Em is the gold standard of customer service. I’ll be honest, what first caught my attention was a simple phone call with Em from Golden Rhino. From that first conversation, she was incredibly personable, thoughtful, and genuinely charismatic.
Had a lovely experience. They didn't have the exact item I needed, but I was very particular. Stock is generally solid, prices are fair, the space is beautiful, and the people are nice (and no one had bad body odor, which is rare in these kinds of spaces).
