I’m originally from New Orleans and did some research on card shops in the area. I decided to go to mint gem because of their great reviews and photos of the store. It did not disappoint what so ever. I went to other stores in Houston and back at home.
Been meaning to make the drive to check this place out from a recommendation from a friend. I live in the north side so it took a while, but I'm glad I finally had time, as it was worth the drive. They were stocked with Pokemon, Sports & etc.
This place is truly a gem! They carry a wide assortment of cards, sets, and bundles - from Pokemon to coveted sports cards. They even have Lebubu’s! My brother is a card collector and he visits this store every time he’s in town. The staff is kind, fair, and just straight up - good people.
This place has practically everything!! They have cards from different TCG franchises, sleeves, and packs. Every time I go here the workers are very generous. They give out boxes, bags, and sometimes sleeves and for your cards too. Good music too whenever you sit down and look through bulk.
