What a delightful game store in downtown Madison! I stopped by on a busy evening and I was warmly greeted by owner Andrew, who is friendly, kind, and truly knowledgeable about games, and gorgeous Bella, the resident shop dog.
First, great vibes and very welcoming staff. Very cute dog, who loves scratches. Awesome atmosphere and seems like a fun place to be around. It was my first time at Gamer’s Library & a manager (cannot remember his name but I believe had reddish hair) was super approachable and made me feel welcomed immediately.
Met Andrew for a big deal while visiting. Professional, transparent and willing to price fairly. Very knowledgeable staff and so much selection. Went to a couple in town and this was by far the best shop in Madison. Thanks again Andrew and the rest Gamer’s Librarians! Grail takedown, accomplished!!
I would highly recommend purchasing absolutely anything here as the customer service and the quality of cards here are incredible! I recently went in here and went to buy a card and a box set for my son, and didn’t know much about what I was buying.
