Gamer's Gauntlet is thee absolute unmitigated golden standard for me. The staff is beyond kind, generous, attentive, professional and go above and beyond with customer service. The store is always clean and humming with activity.
Some of the prices are higher then that of big box stores, but they have a nice variety of Pokémon swag & that’s how I nerd out in my free time. Staff is super friendly both in person & on the phone, when you call at the appropriate time.
They are always great at Gamer’s Gauntlet. The employees are always very helpful. No matter how busy it is, they always greet you and acknowledge you’re waiting. Some other stores I’ve tried to shop it feels like you’re bothering them. The bottom line to operating a business is customer service.
What an awesome place! I made a lot of friends, played a lot of great magic, and also got some really cool promotional cards! This places has everything you need for gaming!
