Caleb and the guys were amazing. It was my son’s 17th birthday and he wanted to get a PlayStation5. They not only hooked him up, but they let him choose a red controller, which is his absolute favorite and gave him a charging dock. These guys are amazing and made my kids birthday extra special.
Came to return my games that I bought from the McKinney location as they were scratched like crazy. Angel, Diego, Dakohda, and Raven were incredibly nice and eager to not only help me, but made me walk out feeling excited to play my games.
I’m a usual at this location, always well organized with a great selection of games and great staff members like Juan. Great guy to just talk about video games with and super friendly. Whether I buy something or not it’s a really cool place to just hang out at.
Needed a random power cord for my karaoke machine, as well as some audio cables, had no idea what type of cord I needed. They searched through their cords, tested it and it worked. Been here several times now and they are always helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing service. Highly recommend!
