Game X Change in Louisville, KY

Edit: It's been a while, the store is consistent now. I think it's fair I update my review, the current staff is chill, especially Miguel. MY OLD REVIEW: Staff do not stay. I don't know who I'm going to see next time I go in. This makes it really hard to build relationships with your game store.

It's here fantastic. Easily the best games store I've been to. They have wonderful customer service with personable, helpful people who actually know, care and can talk about video games. They even help give you advice on setting up legacy consoles (original PlayStation, SEGA Genesis, etc) to modern ones too.

I had to leave a review because Miguel at Game X Change is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, he treats every single customer with genuine joy and respect. You can tell he truly cares about the store and the people who come in.

This place is great. Helpful service. Always have a great selection of games. Love taking the kids here. Plus I've been a gamer all my life, which means I love finding my favorite classics. I think I've bought almost every game console I own from them. A lot of them used and they still run fine.
