I came here to sell my 3DS and they were all so nice and easy to talk too. Very genuine guys because they told me that the 3DS that I had was a limited edition that sold for way more than I expected. I really appreciated that because knowing other places, it would have been a different experience.
If you're looking for 2nd-hand console games, this is a pretty solid place to go to. KEEP IN MIND, disc quality is a toss up, but they do have a resurfacing machine and it can help in some cases. Return policy is 'okay' but I'll take what I can get.
I do not know much about games and such; I take my granddaughter here for Pokémon cards. Staff are kind, extremely patient & answer questions all with a smile. The shop has loads of movies and full seasons of many TV shows.
