The location is barely 2 weeks old. You can tell some of the staff is very new and still learning. They have a wider variety of things than any Gamestop and due to the store size more than what Gamewares have. Building was clean and everything was organized well.
Ronan and Mason are the best! They answered all my questions and gave me exceptional service. Ronan exchanged my PS5 controller and gave me an amazing bundle for my daughter's Nintendo. I highly recommend doing business with this location if you are looking for the best deal and the best customer service!
I got there and I brought two handhelds there because they weren't cutting on. There was not many customers, apparently this store opened March 2022, so I wanted to spread the good news of this place. They gave me individualized attention and he helped switch my batteries and I found out that I needed a new battery.
Whenever I'm in the area I always stop by. It's located in a nice little business strip and easy to spot. The store has a wide variety of video games, movies, and anime items like statues and posters.
