This location is a fantastic game and hobby store to shop and play at. The entire staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The shop is very organized and clean.
I love this location! Over the last year my kids have gotten into Pokemon. We have become regulars at Franklin because of how awesome the staff is. Delle and Jesse, the Pokemon Professors there are awesome.

We stopped in on a busy day and were lucky enough to be helped by Mouse. What a breath of fresh air! Despite the chaos, Mouse was calm, attentive, and remembered small details we mentioned in passing. They have a great sense of humor and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
