Absolutely incredible first experience at Game Santa Cruz! Hands down the best tabletop board game selection in Santa Cruz. I’m not much for RPGs, DnD, etc, but it seemed like there was a WIDE selection of content and merchandise for those as well.
Game Santa Cruz is my go to game store! The owner, Wes, is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I know. He’s created a welcoming environment where anyone can come in and have a great time.
A quaint, community-focused gaming cafe. I spoke to the owner and they are a fascinating and engaging individual who is on a mission to create a positive and wholesome environment for people to have fun in. The place has a small footprint but it makes up for it with its welcoming atmosphere.
I review and write about Board Games for publication, and until Games opened, I felt like I lived in a board game desert. Most game stores in the region focus solely on Warhammer and Magic: The Gathering or Pokemon.
