Game On in Augusta, ME

I traveled to Manchester for a funeral this week and one of the things I wanted to do the most was to stop in at a card store and browse singles. I had recently lost all my cards in an apartment fire and wanted to get a special card or two to commemorate my trip here.

We met up with some friends at Game on. My daughter got to sit down and learn how to play Pokémon with Matt. We asked if it was okay to bring in our Pokémon stadium and had a few questions. Matt offered to teach my daughter as a "learning session." They played 4 rounds or more and instantly she was a fan of the game.

Game On has a good selection of board, card, and tabletop games available. The store is very clean, well lit, and has a lot of tables to play various games. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The customers playing at one of the tables were friendly and invited me to play MTG with them.

Staff were friendly and helpful! The store was well maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. I left thinking it was one of the more professional and organized card/game stores I've been to. Good selection of Magic singles!
