UPDATE: I've been in to Game Den a few times over the past couple of years following my previous review. And things have drastically improved. It may simply have been the hiring of new staff, but my interactions have all been positive since then.
Selection is good, location is clean and organized, but depending on who is working as the time, service can be great or non-existent. One time when I went, worker was prompt, helpful and super friendly, helped me get everything I needed and gave me some deck building tips.
Great customer service! Tyler was wonderful. Our boys were given some fake pokemon cards and Tyler took the time to show them how to see the difference so it doesn't happen again. The store was also very clean and had a great selection of games.
Plenty of different tabletop games here. They seem to specialize in cards like magic the gathering and the like. It was clean and bright staff with friendly.
