I had a great experience and first visit. The 'manager' as I called him, aka 'The Grunt', was extremely informative. He answered every question I had and we talked more in general.
This review and rating is specifically related to Pokemon cards, and how the store compares to others in Appleton/Green Bay: Staff barely spoke to me so I can't really speak to their friendliness. Their entire inventory is on TCG Player so you can look ahead of time.
Long time customer. Always great selection and gives very fair trade value on cards I sell to them. I special ordered a board game (Galaxy Trucker! Great game!) and they got it in very, very quickly, too! Great gaming community as well. Tables are always full people for scheduled game nights.
