Fordham comics isnt the fanciest, newest or outwardly, most invint looking store you'll go to. The two story trek upstairs can look intimidating and a bit sketchy. But do not let that deter you. Fordham Comics is not only one of the best comic stores I've been to, but it is three very important things in NYC.
I have been going to Fordham Comics weekly since the early 1990s, and have found Phil's store to be the best place in The Bronx to pick up the vast majority of comics I buy.
Absolutely love this small business. The owner really cares about his customers And his reputation with them. He has tons of cool things for any geek intrested in cards, board games, or comics. A definite spot for anyone to play, chill, or buy some stuff.
