We had an amazing time at the Pokémon league and the Hot Wheels races, as well as the special events like painting. We keep going back because my kids love it so much. I even learned to play Pokémon with my kids—it's a mom win because they’re reading and counting while playing (but don’t tell them that!).
I have been an avid collector for about 4-5 years and have a massive collection. To gain a hobby I could participate in with my sons I taught myself how to play and went to the Mega Evolutions pre release event where I played for the very first time.
Friendly and knowledgable staff always awaits me at Family Cards and Games. I came in months ago to play Dungeons and Dragons, and fell in love with the location. I learned how to play and collect Pokémon from Greg, and now play in Thursday and Sunday weekly tournaments with fun players.
Family Cards and Games is one of the best comic stores I have been to in South Florida. It offers a good variety of toys, cards and other collectibles with decent prices. I purchased a nice set (refer to the photos), which I had been looking for for a while and found it here way cheaper than in many places and Amazon.
