East Coast Gaming in Cary, NC

I visited ECG for the first time yesterday and I had a good experience. My family and I love board games so we decided to give it a go and we had fun. I have mixed emotions on this place being family friendly that have young children as they do serve alcohol but it is what it is.

I do drafts at this store regularly. Everyone is nice. I see others supporting new players. There is healthy competition but no one is super serious either. There has pretty much always been a good amount of players. Also I think the prise pool is very good.

Went to a few different card shops and by far this place had some really nice workers who spent the time going through my cards (roughly 5 hrs, I wish I asked for the names of the workers) and helped me out. They were really fair with the prices and gave me a better deal then any other shop I went too.

We have a DnD group that meets on Fridays. When looking for a place that was conveniently located for all our work that also had food and drinks, ECG was the best choice in the area. The food is consistently good and quick, and there is always a good variety of beers and meads.
