The welcome I received at Dragon Star Hobbies was warmer than any card shop I have ever visited. The owner made me feel right at home along with the regulars! They even helped us figure out where we should live and told us about the area.
The shop has a great atmosphere, I've been coming weekly for games for months now and it's always a load of fun while also being accommodating for kids which can be a trouble with some shops. The owners are friendly and the other patrons are usually very welcoming.
Came here on a sunday for the pokemon tcg for my kid and myself. Wow, let me start with saying everyone here is super friendly, even though it was our first time we did not feel out of place. Some people did speak an advanced lingo but still a great experience, one that my child will remember for sure.
This place deserves an apology from me, I left an extremely excessive review months ago that was purely an emotional reaction to something completely insignificant. To which I spiraled into frustrations about things I honestly just didn't understand.
