My oldest daughter recently took an interest in Pokémon. My wife and I used to play but all we have is a ton of older cards and we wanted to purchase a starter or battle deck for her to learn since those tend to be easier to learn with for kiddos.
I really enjoy playing here and supporting the store but one day I asked clarifying questions about MTG trade in rates and the man in glasses behind the counter was short and a bit cold with me. I would hope everyone would feel welcomed here! Rough day for staff?
Whenever I stop in, I pick up something cool or interesting. The selection is stellar. 40K tournies are amazing. Nice, relaxed, supportive, they really go above and beyond. The game space is huge. The chairs are comfy and the tables are the correct size (and free to use) for a pod of mtg commander or a board game.
Dragon Parlor Games is easily my favorite board game store in the Spokane area. After visiting all the local stores, I found that this one offers the premier selection for board games, card games, and Warhammer miniatures. It features tons of table space and a library of free demo games to enjoy.
