DeckDropz in Charleston, SC

As others stated, customer service is A+. Every time I have had a problem with a machine it is taken care of with a simple text. Next, and most importantly, are the cards you’re getting out of these packs. Buying loose packs, especially these days, is a complete toss up as vendors can easily weigh packs etc etc.

My son cleaned his room, cleaned his bathroom, & tried a new food and for payment I promised him 2 packs of Pokemon cards. Went to 2 different Walmarts and both were sold out I had no idea how hard this would be to obtain on a Sunday.

My son’s pack did not drop from the coil, but I texted the number provided. The customer service response time was excellent and they refunded me right away!!!

First, I’ll start with the Customer Service then the hits. The few times that I have had an issue with any of the machines that I frequent, the owner is always willing to get involved immediately and, troubleshoot the problem and make sure that I know that my business is not only wanted, but appreciated.
