Best card shop in town by far. The owners Corey and Hannah are wonderful people and they have cultivated such an amazing atmosphere and community. I have been going here consistently for 2 years and Corey greets me every time and is always a joy to hang out with.
Cory’s Cards and Games is easily the best local shop around not just for the huge selection of cards and games, but for the kind of person Cory is. When I first got into Magic: The Gathering back in covid, Cory was the one who helped guide me on my journey.
Corey's shop is a friendly environment. Friday night magic has been awesome with him as the host. He allows you to test out pre con decks during Friday nights and this allowed me to see other decks in action that I was considering buying for myself.
The reviews aren't wrong. I was in the Sacramento area to see my daughter. She knew I was wanting to sell some cards and her friend suggested I go to Corey's because "the have never done me wrong.
