Call it a "Tour of States"; we had set out to see a movie . . . We went a state away from where we live and saw a move. We then went North to a state we don't live in, and found ourselves near a sign that said "Parrish Shoes", it's old and painted on brick; my passengers say, "There's a comic shop!
This is a great place. They have weekly game nights. They are personable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I am a huge Captain Canuck fan. They have been so great about getting this, and other, Canadian titles for me. They even found some vintage Captain Canuck comics for me without even being asked to.
Really awesome store! Me and my husband have recently become acquainted with Comic Boom! and we have to visit anytime we have a chance. The owner is a super nice guy, very knowledgeable on MTG cards. They have great prices and a good variety of cards. They made regulars out of us on our first visit.
Not only does this place have an amazing eclectic collection of your latest and hottest collectibles, comics, toys and games, they have a charming and impressive collection of classic collectibles to boot. You can find many retro games or even some systems as well, such as Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis.
