CM Games - West Town Mall in Knoxville, TN

I came in with my son and his friend, and Blake provided exceptional customer service. He took a great deal of time helping my son find exactly what he was looking for and made the experience enjoyable for all of us. We have always loved CM Games, but today’s visit truly stood out. Thank you, Blake and the entire team!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience, and always come back from Madisonville thanks to Matthew! From start to finish, he was professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable in his role and answered all my questions store-wide!

Matthew was incredibly helpful. As a business owner who employs over 100 individuals, I can confidently say that Matthew is exactly the type of employee I would love to have on my team. The way he worked with me and educated children, families, and adults about Pokémon cards was excellent — and genuinely fun to watch.

4 stars because the prices on product can hurt, but overall great! This review is for Ayla. She greeted EVERY person who walked in, and directed others to help them as soon as they could WHILE scanning graded cards out of the system and ringing us up.
