Buffalo was the representative who helped us out. Our Playstation 4 controller wasn't charging correctly and the new one wouldn't allow us to sync to it. He fixed it in five minutes at most! Great service and amazing store collection!

Nick deserves more than 5 stars!!! My 13 year old son came into the store asking for advice on Pokemon. Sometimes kids get overlooked but Nick went above and beyond to answer all of my son’s questions. He was patient, never once made us feel rushed, and gave great guidance on what my son should purchase.

So a big shout out to Buffalo for his help today. I called bc I had questions about a particular console that I'd never heard of. He took the time to stop and explain everything I needed to know and gave me some other ideas for a birthday gift if that didn't work. All the guys here are amazing. Always have been.

Awesome customer service. Buffalo helped us out by explaining our countless questions about the rules & regulations of Pokémon, how to ID fakes, how to battle, and many more. He was a top asset to that store. He was kind and showed my son every card he pointed at and even discussed detail and art.
