Staff is always friendly. Prices are a little high and I never liked the playmat trade in system. All that aside, the store is super clean and there is plenty of room for events and Cloud city hosts a lot of events. Great MTG singles selection
Came in to sell some cards today these guys were super patient and helpful and gave me fair prices on all my cards! They showed me market prices and explained what made certain cards worth more. Big help and great customer service
Came in just twice to buy some games for the PS3. The workers were friendly, and quick to help me with anything I needed. I called earlier about the games so they knew I was coming and had them ready. As for the games themselves, they're pretty cheap even if they're over ten years old, which I'm not complaining about😂.
Valerie was incredibly kind and helpful to me. This is a lovely store thats very roomy despite the amount of stock they have (its a lot)! They have rare items like old generation game cartridges. Just great vibes and immaculate customer service. Prices are fair too!
