This is the best place!! And it's not a chain, though it used to be - it's locally owned and they have a whole games room and author signings and lots of fun things.
I use to avoid this place because it gave me anxiety because everything was everywhere. But since the new owners took over I gave it a second try and LOVE what they have done. Shelves are organized, it's neat and tidy, staff is super friendly to everyone (including kids!) and it's so much easier to find things.
This is a wonderful place to peruse and buy books that you enjoy, or, as I do at times, purchase one for a friend. The owner is very nice and helpful, able to answer all your questions.
If you're a mtg fan, 40k, dnd or anything scifi and fantasy they'll probably have something for you. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming.
