Chautauqua Comics in Jamestown, NY

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He was able to distract my wife long enough so I could grab a nice stack of books. I found a few gems on his eBay store that I had missed in store. He said that the eBay prices are the same as in store but we were on our way back to Ohio already.

The staff is amazing here and they have a lot of knowledge about all things comic related. They have a large selection of comics, magic the gathering cards, and pokemon cards. Along with that they also carry many figures and collectible statues. Plus they have recently started carrying manga at there store.

Very cool place. Went there with my adult son who is into comic stuff and he had a blast talking to the guy behind the counter & looking around. If you are into comics I'd highly recommend this place. They were super customer oriented about ordering stuff they didn't have in stock, too.

Place is very cramped, people are friendly. Would like it on a personal level if they explored more into trading cards. Especially pokemon tcg. I really only come with a friend and see what they have. Raw cards aren't price matched very well with market rates. Some double, some under.
