Customer service was great. The sales reps helped me out and gave some penny sleeves. Brandon (sales rep) had the lucky hand and picked a great box for me. I hit a Paul Skenes Rookie Auto. Will definitely be back.
Robby and the rest of the guys/people in the shop are always in a good mood and cool people in general, the MTG singles are in good condition, the binders themselves get used and abused so some worn binders are there but just be easy on them people. service is 5/5 card selection is a 4.
Stopped by to check out the one piece collection got helped out by Tarin/Tarin (I’m so sorry for the spelling my guy) but was a great experience talking about one piece and Peach Momoko artwork. He also helped my find the elusive gengar binder I’ve been eyeballing so that was a bonus.
I have been a few times, and the employees have always been really respectful and nice, especially Andrew & Emilio! But I recently went in and realized they removed the nice table from the front of the store. I really enjoyed using it to open packs, and that's my only critique.
