Decided to come in after seeing a lot of hype around Pokémon cards on tiktok and reels. I don’t know much so I bought a couple packs and asked for help on how to determine a cards worth and the manager (Adam was his name I think) was extremely helpful in navigating this new territory. Will be coming back again.
Card vault by Tom Brady is my son and I’d favorite store to get our packs from. Super cool store with an amazing atmosphere. The staff are all so friendly at every location we go to, so when we heard they opened a new one in Palo Alto we just had to visit.
Shoutout to the store manager Adam he was extremely helpful I Pulled a cam ward auto out of a hanger box! Quickly submitted to PSA in store no problems and their customer service has been phenomenal while I wait for my submission! I continue to go back because of the nonstop hits pulled and great products
Friendly and helpful staff. The shop looks very nice and well organized with tons of products from different sports to tcg, pokemon etc…. to choose from. Would definitely come back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
