I’ve been her a few times and have only had good experiences with them. I recently got back into Pokemon just for fun after becoming disabled, so I’m a novice to this world. They answer all my questions and never make me feel like they are silly or stupid, the world of Pokemon has changed for this elder millennial.
I had such an incredible experience at CardsnHobby that I felt like I had to share it. From the moment I walked in, every single employee was genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to help. It didn’t feel forced or scripted they really made me feel like a valued customer and fellow hobbyist.
Had an AMAZING time at their OP17 prerelease event the other day. Ethan their judge was awesome, he made the entire event very welcoming and ran it super well. Honestly one of the best judges I've had at one of these events.
This is hands down, the best card shop in town in my opinion. When it comes to product availability and customer retention, this shop takes care of their return customers and treats their new customers just as well. Highly recommended if you are new.
