I came here on a whim in hopes of selling some cards. Also wanted to check out their inventory. While I was not able to agree to terms on a sale, I still had a very positive experience overall.
I don't normally write reviews but when I have an amazing experience I take the time to write one. Going to Beverly Hills Baseball Card was one of those experiences. I was looking for a gift for my boss for Christmas and I went in with an opened mind and some baseball teams that my boss and I have discussed in passing.
Needed help answering some questions about a baseball player from the early 2000s named Derrek Lee so I called this place. I was super impressed with him knowing about a baseball player from the 90s early 2000s. This baseball players dad played in Japan and he grew up and went to grade school in Japan.
Their customer service is truly amazing! I have been an avid collector for over 30 years, and we have all seen the deterioration of card shops over the years, and along with this decline, so has customer service. I was truly amazed to experience such dedication to their clients needs, wants and education.
