Quality game shop. The store is well maintained and has a reasonable select for a shop its size. Prices were MSRP as you'd expect. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a great experience here, and their inventory was amazing. Even though it was Black Friday, the staff was thoughtful and helpful and guided me through what things I would need to break into a new Warhammer hobby without making me feel overwhelmed or unwelcome.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Riley while making a return on Friday, 02/28. Customer service 100/100. Everyone at Battlegrounds is just so friendly, and helpful. The events are always well run and put together. Turnout is always great.
