Every time my family and I have been in Battle City Gym, we have had a great experience! They have been welcoming to everyone and patient with my kids. They do an excellent job explaining all the different gaming options, opportunities, and schedules. They have never been pushy, at all!
Updated post: 5 months later I stand by my original posting of 5 stars. The staff are kind, helpful, and always willing to talk or help answer questions. I love how much they keep adding to make the store better for their customers in selection and events to play.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about this store and the community they’ve built. My son is just starting his Pokémon journey, and yesterday we spent nearly four hours there, every single moment filled with kindness, patience, and encouragement.
This place is awesome and I recommend it. The staff was super friendly and if I wasn’t just passing through I’d certainly want to play a tournament there. It was a seriously impressive game store.
