Super friendly customer service, amazing inventory of collectibles, and just super fun energy all around the shop! The world has a lot of negativity and bad things going on, but one step inside Bat's Collectible Empire and you forget about all the bad stuff going on in today's society.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The flow felt smooth, easy to follow, and perfectly balanced between strength and relaxation. Every transition was clearly guided, which made it great even for beginners while still feeling challenging enough for more experienced practice.

We've been coming here since they opened, and it has quickly become my son's favorite! Every time we visit, the staff is so welcoming and helpful. They have the coolest stuff—so much that my 9-year-old could spend hours browsing everything.

If you’re looking for a card shop with a personal touch, Bats is the place to go. The customer service is some of the best I’ve encountered—very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while I browsed through their selection.
