Atomic Comics in Artesia, CA

Absolutely fantastic place to play cards. Huge selection of old and new comics! What is really special about Atomic is they are more than a comic book store, they run amazing card and game tournaments. They have a wonderful spacious game room that is full of friendly players. Such a cool place.

Really cool place. A lot bigger on the inside than the store front led me to believe. They are currently expanding and adding a gaming room. They have comic's, pokemon cards, magic the gathering cards, posters, sports cards, action figures, vintage video games, board games, Pop dolls, and tons of other collectables.

Atomic Comics is an absolute gem! I found exactly what I was looking for and then some. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making the whole experience a pleasure. I especially love that they have a dedicated room for card games – what a cool bonus!

So lucky it was open 11am, day before I was passing by on my business and it was 12pm, so I skipped it. Long story short, the store has great choice of new and past issues of comic books and other great collectibles - cards, figurines... Would love to come back with more budget.
