My daughter has gotten really into Pokémon lately, and we have visited a few shops. Alpha is by far the most welcoming and eager to help. We love the atmosphere and the staff. All levels of players seem to frequent the shop, and there hasn't been anything we have asked for that they didn't have.
We had an amazing experience with Zach, he was super helpful and friendly. He helped us find the cards we were looking for and helped us find deals!! We will definitely be coming back to see Zach the man deserves a raise!!
Very easy to work with and Great customer service. My first time in, it honestly was a little hard to get help, but they had a big event going in. Every other time I've ever visited, we have had a fantastic time. Reps always talking, showing their personal collection, and just being absolute great people to deal with!
I would 5 Star this fine establishment, but for a single flaw. There, betwixt the wall and counters, used to lie a singular place. A place known only as..."Tony's Table." See! Look! Behold! The table is no more. This entire establishment is lessened by it's absence.
