Gerald is a very nice guy and really cares about what he does giving customers the best experience he possibly can give them. You can clearly tell he loves what he does and has a passion for collecting and knows what he is talking about.
Gerald is a genuinely kind person who is clearly passionate about his work and goes the extra mile to give the best experience possible. He’s incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, even letting us me stay after 5 just to chat and make the visit feel personal.
My family went in there so I can get some Pokemon cards. He gave me a Trick or Trade pack on the house! Very nice guy
