Alchemist's Cove Games & Comics in Orwigsburg, PA

23DEC2025 Update: first Saturday of business in the new location… WOW! You’ve got to see the upstairs gaming area for yourself to believe it… or you could look at the new pictures I’ll post : ) ———————— ORIGINAL POST: Last day the Alchemist Cove will be open at its original/legacy location… beginning tomorrow friends,…

The space is large with a variety of gaming interests. There is even an area for smaller kids to entertain themselves with books and toys. I have been there twice, the staff has been approachable, attentive, and helpful both times.

I really enjoy taking my kid and playing mtg here together. The staff is really kind and helpful. The store is super well kept. They have a large selection of mtg and pokemon singles. It’s very family friendly. It’s also the most female friendly comic shop I have ever walked into.

I have meet some amazing people here that I’m happy too call friends. The owner is super friendly and has created an environment that not only is welcoming to experienced player but also new one and even better young gamers. His kids clubs are amazing and the kids have so much fun and learn so much.
