Absolutely the best place anywhere near lansing for table top and card gamers. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Owner takes time to get to know regulars. And they make me feel like they care about people more than just making a sale.
AFK is not only an exemplary game store, but the kind of third space that I and other local businesses should aspire to. I have never been treated with anything but respect by the entire staff, and the community they have fostered (at least in the OPTCG) is a welcoming and safe environment.
My favorite game store in Michigan! Website is always updated so you can pull items when they are closed! Largest kill team/warhammer/40k selection at the LGS prices. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff.
The Employees were delightful! The Card selection was amazing and the kiosk was great they can see your order in real time and pick it! Im only into magic but they had a wide selection for the other hobbies. The sealed selection was small unfortunately but understandable considering the market right now.
